Before any testing or reporting, every client begins with a DNA intake call. This ensures we know exactly what you already have, what you actually need, and which genetic interpretation fits your goals.

You do not have to decide your DNA pathway on your own. These categories are here to give you a sense of what we are likely to recommend after your intake call.

You have 23andMe, AncestryDNA, or a similar file and feel lost trying to interpret it on your own.

Note: The intake call will confirm testing options and next steps for your child.
Best for people with complex medication histories, sensitivities, or upcoming surgeries who want more clarity on how their body may process certain drugs.
Requires: a specific PGX kit, usually added after your DNA Intake Call.
Best for people navigating mood changes, trauma history, emotional sensitivity, sleep issues, or attention challenges.
Requires: a MindDNA kit, recommended only when appropriate after your intake.
If you already have raw DNA data from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, or a similar service, you are already one step ahead. During your intake call we will confirm whether your file is compatible and how we can best use it for your report. In many cases, no new consumer test is needed.
If you have never tested, that is completely fine. During your intake call we will recommend a lab that fits your goals and your budget and walk you through how to order it. You do not need to guess ahead of time or pick a test by yourself.
No. All DNA work begins with the New Client DNA Intake Call. During that visit we decide together which report or panel is appropriate.
No. Labs are helpful when available, but they are not required. We can still do a meaningful interpretation using your DNA data, history, and symptoms.
No. This work focuses on functional and educational interpretation. It is designed to help you understand how your genes interact with nutrition, lifestyle, environment, and stress. We encourage you to share relevant findings with your medical team.
